1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of CPF Creator Hub, a service operated by Christian Prayer Factory. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and eligible to use TikTok. You may connect only TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for protecting your devices and for activity completed through your authorized session.
3. What the service does
CPF Creator Hub can transfer media you select to your TikTok inbox for review. The service does not silently publish drafts, cannot attach TikTok Shop products through the public draft-upload API, and does not guarantee that TikTok will accept or distribute any content.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use only original content or content you have permission to publish.
- Review the complete post before publishing in TikTok.
- Provide accurate advertising, affiliate, AI-generated-content, and commercial disclosures.
- Comply with TikTok’s terms, developer policies, community guidelines, Shop rules, and applicable law.
- Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, manipulation, infringement, harmful content, or unauthorized automation.
5. TikTok and third-party services
TikTok is a third-party service with its own terms and policies. CPF Creator Hub is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok may change permissions, quotas, review requirements, availability, or functionality at any time.
6. Availability
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CPF a limited permission to process that content solely to provide the transfer you request. CPF owns the service’s software, design, and original materials, excluding third-party marks and your content.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for final content, claims, music rights, product selections, disclosures, and publication decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or actions taken by TikTok.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect TikTok at any time. We may restrict access for misuse, security risk, policy violations, or legal obligations.
10. Changes and contact
