1. Who we are
CPF Creator Hub is operated by Christian Prayer Factory (“CPF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This policy explains how CPF Creator Hub handles information when you visit the service, connect a TikTok account, or transfer media.
2. Information we receive
When you connect TikTok, TikTok may provide an account identifier, display name, profile image, granted permissions, access token, and refresh token. We also process videos or verified media URLs you deliberately submit, optional caption notes, transfer identifiers, timestamps, and technical error information.
We do not request or store your TikTok password. Authentication occurs directly on TikTok.
3. How we use information
- Connect the TikTok account you authorize.
- Transfer a selected video to that account’s TikTok inbox.
- Display transfer status and recent activity.
- Refresh authorization when necessary to provide the service.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect the service.
4. Media and caption notes
Uploaded files are read from temporary server storage solely to transfer them to TikTok and are not retained by CPF Creator Hub after the request completes. Verified URLs are sent to TikTok so TikTok can retrieve the selected media. Caption notes are stored in the private activity log for your convenience; TikTok’s draft-upload endpoint does not receive those notes.
5. Storage and security
TikTok authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. Account and activity records are stored outside the public web directory and access is restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed.
6. Sharing
We share information with TikTok only as needed to complete actions you request. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information or use connected TikTok information for targeted advertising.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain connected-account credentials and activity history while your account remains connected or as reasonably needed to operate and secure the service. Use the Disconnect control to remove locally stored authorization credentials. You may request deletion of related records by emailing us. You can separately revoke CPF Creator Hub in TikTok’s account settings.
8. Your choices
You decide whether to connect TikTok, which permissions to grant, and which media to transfer. You may disconnect at any time. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information.
9. Children
CPF Creator Hub is not directed to children under 13 and is intended only for people eligible to use TikTok and authorize developer applications in their region.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@christianprayerfactory.com.
